Impos and Dimmi launch a new feature

Impos and new restaurant reservation partner, Dimmi, have recently launched a new product enhancement that will provide restaurants using Impos as their POS provider with more in-depth knowledge of their customers’ dining habits.

The new guest recognition feature will allow itemised bills to be fed directly from the POS system to Dimmi’s reservation system, which will enable hospitality workers to build better diner profiles through a clearer understanding of individual diner preferences.

The new feature will allow restaurants to be more efficient and thorough with regular customers, resulting in better service and improved guest recognition.

Both ImPOS and Dimmi are excited to roll out this new feature, as we are always looking for new ways to improve processes within the hospitality industry.

Restaurateurs have been using pen and paper diaries or notepads for too long to try and remember what their biggest spenders like to eat and drink. This new feature will record all customers’ orders, making the process a lot easier.

One of the biggest shortfalls of the hospitality industry has been the disconnect between different operating systems.

The advances in technology are allowing systems to talk to each other in a much greater capacity. This new feature will help improve the way restaurants operate, eliminate manual data entry and provide customers with a better dining experience.
